Millers All Day, lower King Street's much anticipated, brunch-focused restaurant, will open on Saturday, March 10th at 7 am.
The restaurant was created by Chef Nathan Thurston of Thurston Southern Catering and Greg Johnsman, the owner, miller, and farmer at Geechie Boy Mill. The kitchen will be led by Executive Chef Madison Tessener with desserts being handled by pastry chef DaVee Harned. Both have held positions in notable Lowcountry establishments like FIG, McCrady's, Wild Flour, and Kiawah Island's Cassique Club.
The menu will include items like cornmeal pancakes with hickory syrup, waffles with caramel and meringue, a daily grits bowl, a sweet and savory ‘bacon jacks’ bar snack, pies, pastries, and craft cocktails. You can see the full menus here:
Millers All Day will operate sevens days a week, from 7 am to 7 pm and is located at 120 King Street.
