Executive Chef Pat Gotschall will prepare a menu of warm bitter greens salad, seafood bouillabaisse, whole roasted red snapper, and seasonal fruits with mango sorbet. The four-course meal will be served family-style and will be available with or without wine pairings.
The meal costs $50 without wine and $80 with pairings (plus tax and gratuity). Seating is limited and reservations are required by calling 843-410-1070. The Park Cafe is located at 730 Rutledge Ave.
The next family meal will be held February 15th and will celebrate the Chinese New Year.
