Dim the lights, light some candles, and cue the Barry White for the South Carolina Aquarium….after dark.
Ok, ok, ok, it’s not as naughty as I’m making it seem, but on select nights this spring and summer, the Aquarium will stay open late for the new “Aquarium After Hours” series. The first event will be held this Thursday.
Designed for adults, each after hours gathering will feature:
- Made-to-order food selections from Indigenius Cuisine
- Beer and wine
- Live music
- Special programming
- Hourly animal encounters geared towards adults
- Two newly designed dive shows.
- Open exhibits
- Includes the Madagascar Journey exhibit where guests can meet two endangered red ruffed lemurs
Each after hours event will run from 6 pm until 10 pm. They will be held on April 21st, May 26th, June 23rd and July 21st.
Regular Aquarium admission rates apply (free for Aquarium members). For more information, visit scaquarium.org or call (843) 577-FISH (3474).
