Multiple local media outlets have posted a video that shows the moments just before Tuesday’s Market Street horse carriage crash.
If you missed the commotion downtown – a horse belonging to the Charleston Carriage Works company was spooked by something, which caused it to start rView postunning down Anson Street. The horse took a right down Market Street where the carriage it was pulling crashed into the side of the Market.
Including the driver there were four people on the carriage, but no one was seriously hurt. The horse was also deemed to be uninjured.
