Summer in the South also means tomato season, and many believe you can't have tomatoes without Duke's mayonnaise. The company today announced that Duke's Hot Tomato Summer returns from July 24th to 30th and this year they’re visiting Charleston.
Duke's Hot Tomato Summer is a week-long event where local restaurants serve creative dishes featuring the iconic Southern duo of fresh tomatoes and Duke's mayonnaise. Local staples like Butcher & Bee, Lewis Barbecue, and The Darling Oyster Bar have already signed on to participate. More will be announced over the coming months.
For restaurants interested in sharing their signature recipe, competing for awards, and scoring swag, there is still time to register here. The registration deadline is June 12th, 2023.
