South Carolina ETV and Public Radio (SCETV) will broadcast and stream live coverage of President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address on Thursday, March 7th. President Biden’s biggest annual moment on the national stage is a chance to stress his priorities, make his case for another term, as well as combat headwinds or negative perceptions of his leadership.
After President Biden speaks, Republicans will counter his arguments with their response. The address is expected to begin at 9 pm.
SCETV will broadcast PBS NewsHour’s live coverage beginning at 9 pm on ETV-HD and ETV World. Following the conclusion of President Biden’s address and the Republican response, regular programming will resume. Coverage can also be streamed on the SCETV website.
SC Public Radio will also broadcast NPR’s special coverage of President Biden’s address beginning at 9 pm with live coverage available to stream online at southcarolinapublicradio.org.
