Frank McMahon, the executive chef at Hank’s Seafood, was recently a guest on The Today Show.
Last Friday, Chef McMahon showed the show’s hosts how to prepare two dishes for Mother’s Day. He cooked up s moked salmon and eggs in puff pastry and f rench toast with lemon curd and berry compote.
