July 18 is National Caviar Day and several Charleston venues have the delicacy on their menu:
Located within the historic Zero George Hotel, this eight-seat caviar bar offers a first-class caviar experience in an intimate setting, curated by The Restaurant at Zero George executive chef Vinson Petrillo and regional restaurant director, Megan Mina.
The caviar service begins with Zero George’s signature caviar presentation including 0.5 oz of Regiis Ova caviar with classic accompaniments of soft egg, fresh brioche, crème fraiche and potato chips.
The Caviar Bar also offers an a la carte menu of sharable, caviar-forward bites and a curated beverage selection.
