Sharbell Nexton, LLC (Sharbell) announced a new tenant is coming to the ground-floor retail space in Downtown Nexton. Rita’s, the world’s largest Italian ice & frozen custard brand known for its famous Italian ice, frozen custard, and signature frozen treats, is the latest to join the community’s growing tenant list. A specific opening date was not announced.
“We are thrilled to welcome Rita’s as the latest addition to the Lofts Downtown Nexton,” said Sharbell President Thomas Troy. “By introducing a beloved, renowned brand such as Rita’s, our retail space continues to expand and attract new retailers, providing residents with a diverse range of conveniences.”
Occupying 1,716 square feet, Rita’s will join the Lofts’ list of confirmed lessees, including 1933 Wine and Spirits, The Groomsmith, iNails and Revive Health Studio.
Upon completion of future phases in late 2024, the Lofts Downtown Nexton will include residential amenities such as a clubhouse, resort-style pool with tanning shelves, firepit with seating areas, private cabanas, outdoor café tables and bar area, and a dog park.
