The Neighborhood Dining Group (NDG) announced Marbled & Fin, their newest concept, opened for business on Wednesday, June 12. The Charleston-based hospitality group is also behind some of the area's most popular restaurants, including Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James.
NDG says Marble & Fin is an "ambitious approach to the traditional steakhouse." Located at 480 East Bay Street in the heart of downtown, the restaurant is now open for dinner service seven days a week.
“We’ve been operating restaurants in downtown Charleston since NDG was born over two decades ago, and we’re excited to be bringing something entirely new to the place and people that have supported us all these years,” said David Howard, President of The Neighborhood Dining Group. “Marbled & Fin has pushed us to think beyond what a traditional steakhouse can be, and our team is ready to showcase the passion (and fun!) we’ve poured into this concept.”
Marbled & Fin's menu includes items like:
- Caviar Tart with Lobster and Tarragon and Wagyu Fried Rice
- An array of raw bar offerings, including Cold and Hot Seafood Towers
- Sourdough Milk Bread

- Ora King Salmon with Beurre Blanc and Smoked Roe
- Ricotta Agnolotti with Mushroom Butter, Chanterelles, and Fried Sage
