This Saturday, High Wire Distillery will release their Jimmy Red Bourbon Finished in Peach Brandy Casks (95 proof/750ml, $89.99). This unique spirit features the marriage of the local distillery's Jimmy Red Classic Bourbon and their legendary Peach Brandy, making it the ideal spirit for all your Derby celebrations.
To create this special bourbon, High Wire filled their freshly dumped Peach Brandy casks with a batch of Jimmy Red Bourbon to form. They say the result is a "silky smooth whiskey with notes of ripe peach fruit, baking spice, graham, and vanilla."
You can reserve a bottle online at 10 am on Saturday, April 27th. For those local to Charleston, you can visit the High Wire tasting room anytime Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 6 pm, to purchase as bottles are already stocked (see purchase limit details below).

- 2 oz. Jimmy Red Bourbon Finished in Peach Brandy Casks
- 5-6 Mint Leaves
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- Sprig of Mint (garnish)
