Updated Hours of Operation for Charleston

For lunch enthusiasts, Fridays welcome you from 11:30am-2:30pm, providing the perfect midday escape to savor the authentic tastes of Brazil. The dinner experience is extended throughout the week, with Monday to Thursday offering a delightful dining atmosphere from 4-9pm. Fridays boast extended dinner hours until 10pm, providing a fantastic start to the weekend. On Saturdays, indulge in the immersive dining experience from noon-10pm, and Sundays offer a perfect conclusion to the week with dinner served from noon-8:30pm.
Indulge in New Dessert Cocktails & Classics with a Brazilian Touch
Galpão Gaucho launched six new cocktails designed to complement the flavorful Brazilian cuisine and as a decadent finale to one’s meal. The new drink offerings are now available at all U.S. locations in California, Nevada and South Carolina.
New to the Dessert Menu are the following;
- Espresso Martini – Kahlúa, vodka and espresso shaken and garnished with coffee beans
- Chocolate Martini – Dorda Chocolate Liqueur, vodka, Frangelico liqueur, Baileys Irish Cream, and a chocolate rim
New on the Cocktail Menu are fresh takes on classic concoctions;
- Penicillin – Glenmorangie scotch, fresh lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup served with an Ardbeg peated scotch float giving it a hint of smokiness
- London Lavender Mule – A floral twist on a Russian classic featuring Nolet’s gin, lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, served in a copper mug and topped with ginger beer
- Spicy Volcán Paloma – Fresh muddled jalapeños, lime juice, grapefruit soda, a touch of sweetness, and a Tajín rim. Available without the muddled jalapeño upon request.
- Mojito – Fresh muddled lime, sugar, and mint shaken with Flor de Caña 12 yr rum and topped with soda water. Galpão Gaucho’s Las Vegas location exclusively offers a special version of the refreshing drink, made with Gold Rum from Koloa Rum Company– the ultra-premium rum of the Las Vegas Raiders.
