Comedians Evan Berke and Vince Fabra will return to Charleston for a night of laughter at Theatre 99 on Saturday, March 9th at 10 pm. Tickets are on sale now at theatre99.com.
Berke and Fabra began their comedy careers in the Holy City. While in Charleston, Fabra was a company member of Theatre 99 and a regular in the stand-up scene. After living in Charleston for 11 years, Fabra and his family relocated to Birmingham, AL in 2021. His debut comedy special "Let's All Agree" was filmed in Charleston and is now available on YouTube.
Berke did his first open mic at the Upper Deck Tavern on King Street as an 18-year-old freshman at the College of Charleston. He went on to become the resident Comedy Director at the JAIL BREAK Music & Arts Festival. Throughout his comedy career, Berke has showcased at legendary clubs around the country including Gotham and Comic Strip in New York, The Comedy Store and Ice House in Los Angeles, and Jimmy Kimmel's Comedy Club in Las Vegas. Berke is currently based in Nashville, TN. His comedy album "Twice Removed" debuted no. 1 on the iTunes Comedy Charts and the full special is now available on YouTube.
