Berkeley County Library System (BCLS) is hosting Spring Duct Tape Flowers on Thursday, May 23, 2024, from 4 – 5 pm at St. Stephen Library, located at 113 Ravenell Drive, St. Stephen.

Families can spend time crafting together by making flowers with multi-colored duct tape to celebrate the coming of spring. Supplies, including scissors, will be provided.
