The Turtle Survival Alliance, a non-profit that works to save endangered freshwater turtles and tortoises globally, recently moved their headquarters to Charleston from Ft. Worth and they are hoping to introduce themselves to their new community.
To accomplish that, the organization is hosting a “Drink Wine, Save Turtles” event at NICO Oysters and Seafood in Mt. Pleasant on Wednesday, January 30th. You can join the festivities between 6 pm and 10 pm.
Attendees will enjoy a sampling of oysters and wine for $15. All proceeds go to the Turtle Survival Alliance and their mission of “zero turtle extinctions.”
