The annual Lowcountry Cajun Festival is just around the corner! The James Island County Park will host the 27th edition of the event on Sunday, April 8th from noon until 6 pm.
The party will feature live music, Cajun/Creole food ( jambalaya, alligator, etouffee, andouille sausage, crawfish, etc.) , Southern barbecue, seafood, children's activities, entertainment, festival foods, a crawfish-eating contest, a crafts market, souvenirs for sale, mechanical rides, and more.
Live music will be provided by Shrimp City Slim, Jeffery Broussard & the Creole Cowboys, and Nathan Williams and the Zydeco Cha Chas.
The event is $15 per person, but free for Gold Pass Members and children under the age of 13. Pets are not allowed at this event.Carpooling is highly encouraged. For more information, click here.
