Mt. Pleasant restaurant Congress has reopened for dinner and Sunday Brunch services with revamped menus.
Their brunch service still offers entrees, but the dinner menu is now tapas-style. Congress still offers happy hour from 5 pm t0 6:30 pm, Tuesday to Friday, as well as 1/2-priced bottles of wine all night on Wednesdays.
