Workshop, the “fancy food court” led by Butcher & Bee owner Michael Shemtov and Chef Jonathan Ory, will officially open on Monday, May 1st at 1503 King Street. The business will feature a shared kitchen and dining space with a rotating roster of chef-driven restaurant concepts.

Hours of operation will be Sunday to Wednesday from 11 am to 9 pm and Thursday to S aturday from 11 am to 10 pm (Bad Wolf Coffee will open at 7 am daily).
