The sold-out High Water Festival, a two-day celebration of music, food, and libations created by local folk duo Shovels & Rope, has announced their inaugural schedule.
On Saturday, April 22nd and Sunday, April 23rd, attendees in North Charleston Riverfront Park will be treated to more than 20 musical acts across 2 stages, chef-curated dining experiences, and local craft beer, wine, and cocktails. The inaugural lineup of bands features:
