All Charleston-area dogs will be Irish when they arrive at the Wannamaker County Park’s 3rd Annual St. Paddy's Pawlooza. The event will be held on Saturday, March 11th from noon until 4 pm.
This dog-friendly gathering will include live music , beverages (including beer), and food trucks. Of course, St. Patrick's Day attire is highly encouraged for all – this means the pups too!
In addition to the aforementioned festivities, the Charleston Animal Society will be on hand with adoptable pets.
Admission is $5 per person, but Gold Pass holders and kids 12 and under are free. All dogs must remain on a leash when not inside the off-leash dog park.
St. Paddy's Pawlooza marks the year's first dog-friendly Charleston County Parks event. Other upcoming events will include Pet Fest at Mount Pleasant Palmetto Islands County Park on March 18th and 19th , and the first installment of the popular Yappy Hour at James Island County Park on April 27th .
