5Church is hosting a Schug Winery Dinner with winemaker Michael Cox on Monday, January 30th from 7 pm to 10 pm. The Schug Carneros Estate Winery is located in Sonoma, California.
A special six-course tasting menu prepared by 5Church Executive Chef Adam Hodgson will be paired with Schug Wines. Here’s a look at the menu:
