Leading up to their store’s opening, the beverage team from the Edmund’s Oast Exchange will host a series of educational classes and tastings at Edmund's Oast.
The first event will focus on wine and will be led by certified sommelier Sarah O'Kelley. An Introduction to Burgundy will be held on Tuesday, January 31st at 6:30 pm. A ttendees will taste a variety of wines focused on the major sub regions of Burgundy including Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, and Beaujolais. O’Kelley will share insights on the geology, climate, and history of each featured wine.

The Edmund’s Oast Exchange is an updated version of the former Charleston Beer Exchange. The store will be located next to Edmund’s Oast on Morrison Drive.
