City Once Again Offering FREE Parking Voucher for the Holidays

Looking to save a little bit of money this holiday season? The City of Charleston is once again offering a FREE holiday parking voucher to help offset the cost of shopping downtown.

Be sure to see the important information in red text below.

The parking voucher is good for 2 hours at any of these participating garages:

Visitor Center
South Carolina Aquarium
34 St. Philip
Majestic Square
Concord-Cumberland and 93 Queen (County Garages)
- Info from Charleston county: “Charleston County Parking Operations gladly accepts the City of Charleston “Holiday Magic Parking Voucher”. Customers wishing to utilize the voucher must exchange the voucher for a barcoded coupon at the Parking Operations Office (located on the 1st floor of the garage) during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office at 843.724.6786”
- Update: According to one reader, a representative from this garage said you don’t need the barcoded coupon, just the original one below. You can contact them at 843-724-7287 for further clarification.

Keep in mind that the County doesn’t have staffed garages at checkout, so you’ll need to redeem the voucher in the parking offices (see above). If you have questions, contact the city or county’s parking division.
