On Wednesday, July 22nd, Caviar & Bananas will host its first Vegan Dinner, featuring creations by Executive Chef Scott Roule and Sous Chef Tim Campau.
The dinner will include three courses and guests will have the ability to select from dishes such as:
- Crispy Heart Of Palm-Veggie Cake
- Carrot Osso Buccu with spring onions and a porcini mushroom broth
- Grilled Black Bean Burger with parsnip “bacon”
- Zucchini and Carrot Ribbons tossed with pesto, peas, tomatoes and pan fried tofu
- and more
Dessert options include:
- a Chocolate Cookie “Ice Cream” Sandwich with chocolate peanut butter sauce
- a Vanilla Almond Crepe with apricot jam, vanilla poached peaches, lemon sauce and mint.
