Coast Beer Dinner This Thursday at Bohemian Bull

This Thursday at 7 pm, Bohemian Bull will host a Local Beer Dinner featuring Coast Brewing.

The event will feature a 4-course meal that will be with each brew. The menu is as follows:

Welcome Brew
- Kolsh 32/50
First Course
- House-made Bacon, Seared Scallop and Truffle Consumme
- Paired with Smoked Rye Pale Ale
Second Course
- Ground Chicken Lettuce Wrap with Bean Sprouts, Fresh Chilis, Ground Peanuts and Cilantro
- Paired with HopArt IPA
Third Course
- Roast Porchetta with Fingerling Potatoes, Baby Carrots, and Cipollini Onions with Roasting Jus
- Paired with Carnie Fire Red Ale
Fourth Course
- Espresso Soaked Chocolate Cake with Cayenne Laced Ganache and Melty Ice Cream
- Paired with Cask-Aged Blackbeerd Stout
