This Friday, The Local Palate will host a Fish + Fowl Craft Beer Dinner at the William Aiken House. The event starts with cocktails at 6:30 pm.
The dinner will feature a five-course menu created by four Charleston Chefs. Each course will be paired with craft beers from the Goose Island Brewery in Chicago. The featured chefs include:
- Nico Romo – Executive Chef of Fish Restaurant
- Jacques Larson – Executive Chef of Wild Olive and the Obstinate Daughter
- Graham Dailey – Executive Chef of Peninsula Grill
- John Zucker – Executive Chef and owner of Cru Cafe & Catering
A portion of the ticket proceeds will go to support, GrowFood Carolina, a local food warehouse that promotes local foods, local farms, and rural sustainability.
