On Sunday November 16th, caffeine junkies will be in heaven as the inaugural Charleston Coffee Cup will be held at the Joe from 10 am until 3 pm.
The festival will feature local coffee shops, local and regional roasters, food vendors, tastings, a lounge area, a raffle, educational opportunities, and more. The main event will be a latte art tournament featuring 16 baristas. There will also be a roasters’ challenge where a winner will be chosen by a panel of celebrity judges.
Attendees will get to cast their own vote in for the following Peoples' Choice Awards: favorite local coffee shop, roaster, and brunch purveyor. Tasting tickets will be available for purchase at the gate.
The aforementioned raffle will be held throughout the day with 100% of the proceeds going to the Rainforest Alliance's mission.
