The Macintosh will host the South Carolina Aquarium's next S ustainable Seafood Initiative Beer Dinner on Tuesday, September 23rd at 6:30 pm. Ten percent of the event's proceeds will go to the aquarium's Sustainable Seafood Initiative.
The dinner will feature four courses, which will all be paired with beer from Westbrook Brewing . The dinner will be served in the restaurant's recently renovated outdoor patio.
The menu includes:
- First Course: Tempura Fried Schezwan Shrimp paired with Strawberry Rhubarb Beer
- Second Course: Smoked Clam Agnolotti paired with Westbrook Weisse Weisse Baby
- Third Course: Whole Roasted Snapper paired with 2014 Marzen Beer
- Fourth Course: Ice Cream maFloat with “Can Can” Bourbon Barrel Aged Beer
The dinner is $65, plus tax and gratuity ($84.83 total). Reservations can be made by purchasing tickets here.
