Indaco is kicking off the 2014 Spoleto Festival by hosting Sicilian chef and instructor Fabrizia Lanza for a special dinner paired with Tasca d’Almerita wines. The event will be held on the restaurant’s patio on Wednesday, May 21st at 6:30 pm.
The four-course dinner will be a collaboration between Lanza and Indaco’s Chef Michael Perez. Dishes will include panelle, ravioli stuffed with a seasonal vegetable, stewed rabbit, seasonal garden greens and a biancomangiare. Featured wines will include Regaleali Bianco, Leone, Lamuri and Diamante.
