High Wire Distilling Debuts Three New Spirits

Although you may have sampled each during a distillery tour, three new High Wire Distilling Co. spirits are finally available for purchase.

They are only available at the distillery and likely won’t last long, so be sure to pick some up ASAP!

Here are the spirits available (complete with descriptions of each straight from the distillery):

Belonger’s Rum
- “Aged 6 months in used Woodford Reserve casks, this rum boasts a strong rye whiskey undertone and notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Our Belonger’s Rum is a great spirit for a dark and stormy and pairs perfectly with Bittermilk’s Smoked Honey Whiskey Sour cocktail mixer (also available in our emporium).”
Bourbon Whiskey
- “Distilled from heirloom corn grown in Western North Carolina, this Bourbon is the very first of its kind produced in downtown Charleston since Prohibition. It was also distilled under the watchful eye of 17 year Maker’s Mark master distiller, Dave Pickerell. We have very limited quantities of this bourbon, so pick up your bottle today!”
Sorghum Whiskey
- “Incredibly smooth with notes of butterscotch and vanilla, this Quarter Acre Sorghum Whiskey is made from hand-harvested sorghum grown in eastern Tennessee. It is the only Sorghum spirit ever produced in the South and is available in very limited quantities.”
