This Monday from 12 pm until 3 pm, Cole Poolaw and Mark Marhefka will team up to cook some tasty eats in celebration of Barsa Tapas, Lounge, & Bar being a member of the CSF (Community Shared Fishery). Poolaw is the executive chef at Barsa, while Mark Marhefka is the owner of Abundant Seafood and one of the creators of the Charleston CSF.
Poolaw will be cooking paella with fish supplied by Marhefka, which they will sell near 248 Magwood Lane in Mount Pleasant. They will be located under a tent on Shem Creek.
