From: Forbes
Just two months after the Husk Cheeseburger was said to be one of the nation’s “Top Ten Must-Eat Burgers” by Forbes, The Daily Meal has similarly honored the creation.
The website said Husk’s offering was the 11th-best in America.
The burger includes bacon ground right into the patty, steamed and toasted housemade buns smeared with butter and beef fat, three slices of American cheese, shaved white onions, bread-and-butter pickles, a “special sauce,” lettuce and tomato.
Wow excuse me while I drool all over the keyboard. Why I have not tried this yet?
Although I have not eaten the glorious Husk cheeseburger, I have had The Original Burger from Louis' Lunch (#17 from New Haven, CT) and the Steamed Cheeseburger from Ted’s (# 32 from Meriden, CT).
By the way – the #1 burger on the list was the double cheeseburger from Atlanta’s Holeman & Finch Public House.
You can view the entire list here.
