The South Carolina Aquarium release an astounding 7 rehabilitated sea turtles back into the ocean this coming Tuesday (6/18/13). The event will take place on Kiawah Island’s Beachwalker County Park at 10:30 am. It’s FREE to attend (you may have to pay to park) and open to the public.
This is the second sea turtle release of the year. I've attended a couple of these events in the past and they are always fun and unique, but this should be even more special due to the amount of turtles involved. I highly recommend you bring your camera and head to the beach!
