Yup, Mark Sanford is debating a cardboard cut-out of Nancy Pelosi on Ashley Avenue by MUSC…for some reason…

**UPDATE, 10:46am***: The Post & Courier says the tactic was Sanford’s way of calling out Colbert Busch for not debating him.
***UPDATE, 11:01 am***: Bainum explained the spectacle as “Sanford trying to make a point that Colbert Busch wont debate, so he’ll debate her big donor.”
