Vice President Joe Biden is expected in the Lowcountry sometime this afternoon, which means you should expect HEAVY traffic at times. The last two times he was in town, the Vice President’s motorcade caused delays throughout the area.
WCBD postulated that Biden could be in town to spend Easter weekend on Kiawah Island with his family, which is what he did a year ago.
***UPDATE, 3:16 pm*** – ABC News 4 is reporting that Biden is expected to arrive around 6:30 pm.
