The 23rd Annual Folly Beach Sea & Sand Festival is scheduled for the weekend of April 12th and there will be plenty to do out on The Edge of America.
It looks like the main events will take place on Saturday the 13th during the Sea & Sand Fest Street Party. The party goes from 10 am until 5 pm and will feature children’s activities, food & art vendors, a silent auction and live music. There will also be a 5K Fun Run/Walk.
Bands scheduled to perform on Saturday include:
- James Justin & Co.
- Fuller Condon & The V-Tones
- Sweet T n’ A
- Shakin’ Martinis
- Folly Beach Reggae Allstars
- Folly Bluegrass Society
The Festival Finale will start at 8 am on Sunday and feature the Tides Kickoff Classic surfing competition. At noon the 3rd Annual Sand Sculpting Contest starts and is followed by an after party with the East Coast Party Band at 3 pm on the beach in front of the Tides & BLU.
