It’s finally here! The Two-Night party at the Windjammer featuring Crowfield begins Friday. The multi-night event may be advertised as a celebration centered around the release of “The Diamond Sessions” album, but it’s also a really huge “thank you” to the band’s ever-increasing fan base. Why is Crowfield being so gracious? Because without their dedicated fans this album and subsquent weekend bash may have never happened.
Thanks to a highly successful Kickstarter.com campaign, the band was able to raise enough money to complete the album. The fans helped raise nearly $20,000 and were given some sweet prizes – t-shirts, autographs, their name in the liner notes, videos, exclusive performances – for their generosity. Not to mention they now have a new album to rock out to.
The boys will play a complete set each night, plus they’ll be signing copies of the CD. American Aquarium (Friday) and A Thousand Horses (Saturday) will provide support. Tickets are $10 for each night or $15 for both if purchased together. You can get tickets HERE.
