The South Carolina Stingrays return home Saturday, Dec. 6, at 6:05 p.m. for their annual Teddy Bear Toss at the North Charleston Coliseum. One of the most heartwarming nights of the season, fans are encouraged to bring a new stuffed animal to throw onto the ice after the Stingrays score their first goal. All donations will go to local charities supporting children across the Lowcountry.
Fans can also join in the holiday fun with an Ugly Sweater Ornament giveaway for the first 1,500 attendees, along with a Grinch meet-and-greet on the concourse before puck drop.
The Rays will be back on home ice Sunday, Dec. 7, at 3:05 p.m. for Ugly Sweater Night. The team will wear limited-edition Ugly Sweater specialty jerseys, and fans can bid on the game-worn jerseys and nameplates, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Ronald McDonald House. The auction will begin Saturday at 10 a.m. and close Sunday, Dec. 7, at 6 p.m.
Kids 14 and under can also stick around after the game for a Post-Game Slapshot presented by East Bay Deli. Grab your tickets at the link below and join the Rays for a Sunday packed with hockey, holiday spirit, and giving back to a great cause.
