In February, thousands of bold, pants-less participants will hit the streets in multiple cities across the U.S. for the annual Cupid’s Undie Run, a one-of-a-kind fundraiser for the Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF). This unforgettable event raises awareness for NF and funds vital research to combat the rare genetic condition that causes tumors to grow all over the body. The Charleston event will take place on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, from noon until 4 p.m., at Loggerhead's Beach Grill on Folly Beach (123 W Ashley Ave).

The day starts with music, laughter, and that “are we really doing this?” buzz before everyone takes off for a quick “mile-ish” dash – some in underwear, others in costumes, all in for the cause.
Then it’s back inside for a party featuring dancing, drinks, food, celebrating, and more.
