Runoff elections will be held in three Charleston County municipalities to determine their next mayors. Since no candidates in the City of Folly Beach, City of Isle of Palms, or Town of Lincolnville received a majority of votes, each community will hold a runoff election.
Candidates on the ballot are as follows:
City of Folly Beach – Mayor
- Elton L. Culpepper
- Chris Bizzell
City of Isle of Palms – Mayor
- Scott Pierce
- Phillip Pounds
Town of Lincolnville – Mayor
- Enoch Dickerson III
- Tyrone Aiken
All runoff elections will take place Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eligible voters should cast their ballots at their assigned polling locations on Election Day.
Early Voting
Early voting will be available Wednesday, Nov. 12, through Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
All early voting will take place at Charleston County Elections Headquarters, located at 4340 Corporate Road, North Charleston.
Absentee Voting
Absentee ballots are being mailed to voters who previously requested them for potential runoffs.
- Absentee ballot applications must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2025.
- Completed absentee ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.
