Clay Middleton, Democratic candidate for South Carolina House District 116, today announced the endorsement of three dozen local community and civic leaders.
“I am deeply humbled by this support," Middleton said. "These individuals represent the very heart and backbone of District 116. I am grateful for their trust in my ability to represent them, their families, and our community in the South Carolina House of Representatives. I do not take this honor for granted."
He continued, “People across District 116 are ready for leadership that reflects our values and focuses on solving real problems. I’m ready to work alongside these leaders and others across the district to strengthen our community.”
The Democratic primary for House District 116 will be held on June 9.
