COLUMBIA, S.C. – Governor Henry McMaster will chair the first meeting of President Donald J. Trump's Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC) tomorrow, Wednesday, July 2, at 10 a.m. The governor was appointed chair of HSAC by President Trump in April.
