BODYROK
BODYROK’s 1,800 sq ft studio, which opened in November 2024 to great success, offers unique and targeted programs to meet the fitness community’s workout needs. Barry's, the global workout phenomenon with a cult-like following, is set to energize the Charleston fitness scene when it opens its first South Carolina location in Spring 2025. Offering its signature RUN x LIFT classes which blends high-intensity treadmill cardio with strength training, Barry's will bring an exciting group fitness experience to Charleston coined “The Best Workout in the World™” since its inception 25 years ago.

Morrison Yard New Bridge Access
This Spring, the new Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge access at Morrison Yard will officially open, marking a key milestone in the development of the project. The improvements include a new pedestrian entrance, wider sidewalks, and plans for a crosswalk and traffic light at Morrison Drive and Johnson Street. DSM Real Estate Partners in partnership with Origin Development Partners are wrapping up design and permitting for a 250-key Kimpton Hotel is slated to break ground in the fall of 2025 and open in 2028, with plans to include 16,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, a rooftop restaurant, and bar with a pool.
