This November marks two years since Downtown Nexton’s apartment building, Lofts Downtown Nexton, opened its doors, and the nearly 100-acre mixed-use development is preparing for its next stage of growth.
Since 2024, Downtown Nexton has welcomed numerous businesses, including dining destinations Fu-O BBQ and Neat & Noble Bourbon Bar, while Lofts Downtown Nexton recently debuted its new Clubhouse and resort-style pool. Now, construction is nearing completion on two additional Lofts residential buildings, with the first expected to open later this year and introduce the property’s first three-bedroom residences.
