TriCounty Link (TCL) is hosting the second of three open houses throughout the region tomorrow in St. Stephen to support its transit study project. The TCL transit study will help plan for more efficient, effective, and convenient service throughout the TriCounty area, including rural areas of Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester Counties, as well as the rapidly growing Summerville area.
