Joining along with Ally is Hayley Saint. Hayley grew up in a custom home builder family, learning early on how to see homes differently, understanding why floorplans work, how finishes influence value, and what buyers truly notice. Combined with an MBA from the University of South Carolina focused on marketing and analytics, Hayley brings a strategic, data-driven perspective to every transaction.

A Charleston native who grew up on Isle of Palms and now resides in Dunes West, Hayley offers clients invaluable local knowledge along with a highly personalized approach. Helping Buyers find their perfect home starts with her proven process of finding the right combination of location,
community, homesite, and exterior and interior design. She adds value to Sellers from price to marketing to final sale. Knowing homes are more than simply a price-per-foot equation, she demonstrates the value of Seller’s homes and combines best of class marketing to bring success to selling a home. Whether representing buyers or sellers, Hayley combines market analytics, targeted marketing, and skilled negotiation to help clients make confident real estate decisions.
When she's not working with clients, Hayley enjoys spending time on the water with her husband and with their Golden Retriever. She also has a passion for cooking, entertaining, and supporting the local Charleston community.
