Today, The Beach Company announced that exterior renovations are underway at Village Pointe, a prominent retail destination in Mount Pleasant.
Village Pointe is home to a diverse mix of tenants, including Harris Teeter, Eucalyptus Wellness Co., Sweetgrass Spirits and Wine, Adam’s Kitchen, American Red Cross and more, offering a variety of shopping and dining options for visitors. This exterior refresh represents a significant investment in the community, ensuring that Village Pointe remains a vibrant and inviting shopping destination. Key renovation components include modern tenant signage, a new roof with matching storefront painting, new façade colors and landscape enhancements for the parking lot and monument signs.
“This renovation is an important step in our ongoing commitment to investing in and improving our properties so that each project not only aligns with The Beach Company brand but also fits seamlessly within its submarket,” said Jess Wisiackas, development manager at The Beach Company. “Village Pointe has always been a cornerstone of the Mount Pleasant community. We are excited to enhance its appeal for both our tenants and the shoppers who support them.”
The renovation, aimed at elevating the center’s aesthetic appeal and enhancing the overall shopping experience, is expected to be completed later this year.
