Terry Haas, a respected leader in Charleston’s residential real estate industry and co-founder of 32 South Properties, has been named the first-ever recipient of the ICON Award — the highest individual honor presented at the 2025 Charleston Real Producers Awards, held April 24. Recognized among more than 7,000 REALTORS® across the Charleston area, Haas was honored for her two decades of industry leadership, mentorship, business excellence, and dedication to serving the community.
The career-defining ICON Award was created to recognize a real estate professional whose achievements, collaboration, integrity, and community impact have elevated the entire industry. Haas’s selection reflects her longstanding influence on Charleston’s dynamic and competitive real estate market, and her commitment to advancing the profession through mentorship, client service, and civic leadership.
The award also marks a milestone for 32 South Properties, the Daniel Island-based boutique real estate firm Haas co-founded with her husband, Tim Haas, in 2022. Known for its highly personalized client service, deep local market expertise, and active community partnerships, 32 South Properties has quickly earned a reputation for excellence and leadership across the Lowcountry.

In addition to Haas’s recognition, 32 South Properties was honored across multiple categories during the event. Tim Haas was named as a Top Five Finalist for Leader of the Year, and agents Kristin Abbate, Jennifer Horne, and Mary Patterson were named among Charleston’s Top 500 Agents for their achievements in sales and production over the past year.
All awards were determined through a nomination and peer voting process involving industry colleagues, business partners, and area community leaders.
