Silfab Solar is releasing the following update regarding its Fort Mill facility:
"Silfab Solar and the Department of Environmental Services (DES) have executed a Compliance Agreement, which provides a series of conditions that Silfab has agreed to meet. Silfab also appreciates the S.C. Attorney General’s office communication deferring further action to the EPA and DES.
"Silfab will continue to keep stakeholders including state, county, and school officials updated with regard to the site work being performed in conjunction with the qualified, third-party professional engineer. Silfab remains committed to the safety of our employees and the community, and we will continue to provide updates."
