Lybrand is a seasoned business strategist and connector based in Charleston, S.C. Over her career, she has guided companies through growth and transformation—helping streamline operations, scale membership programs, and create standout guest experiences. She has worked with brands across hospitality, wellness, and professional networks, earning recognition for her ability to build meaningful partnerships and deliver measurable results.
Previously, Lybrand held leadership roles including Director of EquiscriptRx at Equiscript, where she oversaw program adoption and client growth strategies. She also serves on the Trident Technical College Area Commission (Dorchester County), reflecting her commitment to workforce development and community impact.
At Republic Hospitality, she will focus on expanding event sales, cultivating corporate and community partnerships, and positioning Republic as the premier destination for both locals and visitors seeking world-class hospitality in Charleston.
